It is entering a new and exciting phase of exploring high quality projects with diverse commodities in Australia and Central Thailand. It is well backed financially, possess highly sought after Brownfield and Greenfield assets and has direct liquid investments in other listed ASX companies.

Matsa is driving to become a dynamic producer of gold, nickel and copper. It is unique among Australian resource juniors as it is well funded and can proudly boast a multi-commodity portfolio of diverse projects strategically located in the goldfields of Western Australia and central Thailand.

A highlight for the Company is the Mt Henry Gold Project, a valuable Joint Venture with Panoramic Resources Ltd (ASX:PAN). The Mt Henry Gold Project has recently undergone a definitive feasibility study which paves the way for the monetisation of this asset thus providing significant cash and liquid assets to Matsa. This in turn provides exceptional real and immediate value for all Matsa shareholders, as well as providing longevity and a bright future for the Company.

Projects such as the Symons Hill project, which is within 6kms of Sirius Resources NL’s (ASX:SIR) Nova discovery and the substantial and well located Siam Copper project with its visible primary copper are examples of the high quality projects held by Matsa. These two projects are only two examples of a number of exploration projects, not including the valuable brownfields Mt Henry Gold project which form the highly sought after pipeline of exploration assets which the company has astutely amassed.

The Company aims not only to increase shareholder wealth through the discovery and development of mineral properties, but to do it in socially and environmentally responsible way, utilising world best practices.
