Having already established mining capability through the realisation of a multi-campaign operation at the Devon Pit Mine, Matsa Resources is a strategic, growth-oriented gold producer with aims to advance its established pipeline of exploration and development assets within its broader Lake Carey landholding. Matsa is aiming to build on its existing 1Moz resource base through an aggressive exploration schedule during 2026 and 2027 targeting 2-3Moz in resources.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Proven Production Capability

Matsa has successfully made the transition to gold producer, with mining underway at its Devon Pit Gold Mine and processing campaigns already delivering gold. This materially de-risks the Company in its future development endeavours across successive Lake Carey Project assets.

Near-Term Production, Sound Growth Strategy

Devon is a strategic operation that is generating near-term cash flow.
This revenue will be allocated to future exploration and development initiatives, reducing the need for dilutive capital raises and consequently minimising delays in delivering on operational milestones.

Optional Processing Infrastructure Development Capacity

Ongoing studies being carried out by the Company are targeting a potential 1 Mtpa owned processing plant at Fortitude, which would enable processing of regional ore for greater margin capture and longer-term operational control. If economics support its progression, this represents a strategic optionality that could transform the company into a regional hub operator.

Portfolio Diversification

Whilst Matsa is maintaining a timely focus on production, development and exploration at its flagship Lake Carey Gold Project, the Company also has a significant landholding in Thailand. This is highly prospective for lithium and base metals, ensuring the mitigation of risks associated with single-commodity exposure.
