The KT Gold Project was Matsa’s first project in Thailand. It is located in the highly prospective, under-explored area in Ban Khlong Tabaek
region, 200 km north of Bangkok in the Petchabun Province.
Significantly, it is only 20km east of Kingsgate Resources' five million ounce Chatree Gold Mine and shares the same geological "Chatree" host formation/rocks.
The project comprises 11 Special Prospecting Licences covering 180km2.
The project is focused on two distinct gold anomalies at KT which were identified in the past by a combination of soil and stream sediment sampling.
•North west anomaly 3km long and up to 1km wide
•South east anomaly 2.5km long and up to 500m wide. Drilling along strike by government intersected 6m@2.42 g/t from 62-66 metres including 2m at 4.66 g/t shown in photo below.

This region is fast emerging as one of the world's premier gold producing areas in one of the world's lowest cost environments.
Extensive geological mapping has been completed with drill targets already identified drilling can commence as soon as SPLA’s are granted by the Thai authorities.

Matsa's Thai tenements/licences are central to its strategy of becoming a diversified resource company with highly attractive international holdings to complement its Australian operations.
Many Australian miners in the past have been deterred from entering Thailand because it has traditionally been difficult to gain exploration and mining approvals, but Matsa's established Thai office is uniquely positioned to overcome these issues and commence exploration immediately upon receipt of approvals.
• Matsa has a number of key strategic advantages in relation to its Thailand activities, including:
• Second largest land holding in highly prospective-productive Central Thailand Gold Province;
• Prospecting licences covering 1,349 km2;
• Interest from strategic partners keen to help Matsa explore and develop green field sites, thereby diluting risk and costs;
• Consulting agreement with expert local Thai geologist associated with the discovery of Chatree.
Matsa is therefore well placed to unlock the vast unexplored potential of its Thai operations for shareholder benefit.
