Mr Paul Poli – Bachelor of Commerce, FCPA

Mr Poli is a fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and was the founder and managing partner of an accounting firm since 1989. He is well versed in all aspects of accounting and taxation and has considerable experience in business through his role as a consultant to many varied clients and through his own involvement in ownership of businesses in Western Australia, the Northern Territory of Australia and South East Asia.

As a registered Securities Trader and significant Investor in the Mining Industry Mr Poli is particulary well qualified to drive the creation of a significant new Mining and Exploration Company.

Mr Andy Viner – Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology), M.AusIMM, MAICD

Mr Viner was until recently the Managing Director and founder of Jackson Gold Ltd which was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange of Australia in 2002. His corporate experience includes capital raising, ASX complaince, marketing and investment and divestment activities.

Mr Viner is an experienced geologist having worked in the mineral exploration and mining industries for a wide range of commodities including gold, base metals, mineral sands and industrial minerals. Mr Viner has spent a considerable amount of time as an active field and managing geologist in Australia with advanced skills in Project Generation, Project Exploration, Resource Definition, Profect Feasibility Studies and Project Development. Areas of activity have included Australia, Central Asia, South East Asia and Argentina.

Mr Andrew Chapman – BBus CA Ffin

Andrew Chapman is a chartered accountant with over 16 years experience with publicly listed companies where he has held positions as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and has experience in the areas of corporate acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings. He has worked for a number of public companies in the mineral resources, oil and gas and technology sectors. Mr Chapman is also company secretary for two other publicly listed companies.He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).
